As some of the lots I create use custom content from other artists and sites, please be sure to read the "Read me Text" contained within each .rar file before you intall into your game. Lot Size 3 x 5 As the name suggests, a perfect place to "Hang Out" for all ages. This single storey building has the very latest in entertainment. In the main hall there is a raised dance floor complete with an up to the minute DJ station, a twirly sphere for those Sims who like their thrills more electrifying. A bubble blower if you fancy giggling your time away, some games machines if your simolions are burning a whole in your pocket, or you can have a drink at the bar. If you want something a bit more quiet there is a TV room with real cumfy seats or a games room that includes a pool table. Out back there's a covered eating area with grill as well as a swing to keep the little ones (and "not so little" ones!) happy. There is squeaky clean W.C.'s and even a car park for when Maxis gets around to letting those Sims with cars, drive them onto community lots! All in all, something for the whole family. Twirl-Away Ice Rink
Lot Size 4 x 4 Lot Value $101.292 Large central ice-rink nestled in it's own little parkland, surrouonded by pine trees. Lot includes a large pond, swings and club house. the club house has loads of seating around an open fire plus large dining table and chairs. Small kitchen space, but ample room to make as many cups of hot chocolate that the hot chocolate machine can make! There is also a juke-box, dance area, arcade machine, pinball, chess table and pool table. In fact a bit of everything for the whole family. The outdoor seating area has a lovely sun roof so any showers that may come along won't spoil your enjoyment. Clean modern kitchen to keep the shop well stocked. Equipted with refrigerator, stove, trash compactor, dishwasher and fire alarm. Custom content: Recolour of Maxis front door. Sorry but I don't have details of who did this.
